What are points?

You will receive points for every survey you participate in. You can exchange these points for OVshop gift vouchers. Every 100 points are worth 1 Euro. OVshop gift vouchers can be cashed for 500 points.

How can I cash my points?

You can cash your points by logging in with your user name and password. On the ‘Balance’ page you can click on ‘Cash’.

I don’t remember my user name and/or password anymore, what should I do now?

If you don’t remember your user name and/or password anymore, you can click on ‘Help’ on the ‘log in’ page. Then, you should click on ‘Restore account’ and enter your e-mail address to receive an e-mail with your user name and the possibility to restore your password.

I have a new e-mail address, how can I adjust my e-mail address?

You can adjust your e-mail address by logging in with your user name and password on the ‘login’ page. On the ‘Personal’ page you can find your current e-mail address. If you click on this e-mail address, you can adjust your e-mail address by following the instructions.

How can I unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe by logging in with your user name and password on the ‘login’ page. At the bottom of the ‘Personal’ page you can click on the button ‘Unsubscribe’ and follow the instructions to unsubscribe.
